If you’re 16 or 17 years old and have left school, this could be for you. Study in our Early Childhood Education (Level 3) course for FREE in Auckland on our Manuakau Satelite campus.
Vision College’s Early Childhood Education Youth Guarantee course is for full-time students and combines the National Certificate in Early Childhood Education & Care (Level 3) with personal development topics that will help you succeed. Youth Guarantee students study for FREE and this course will equip you with strong foundations for working with children.
Personal Developement Topics
Personal Development Topics include life planning, vision and goal setting, personal leadership, confidence and motivation, study skills, memory techniques, personal presentation, communication skills, problem solving and teamwork, time and stress management, job hunting, interview skills and customer service.
You can expect to uncover your areas of passion and interest and use these areas of self-awareness to map out life and career goals for your future.
Further Study Options
Students who complete the National Certificate will be able to apply to study the National Certificate in Early Childhood Education (Level 5). This course is another step along the journey towards becoming an Early Childhood Education teacher.
